Shipping policy

Shipping - We ship USPS 1st Class domestic and international. Items shipped to United States are with delivery confirmation. Jewelry items are packaged in a small fiber filled box perfect for gift wrapping (unless otherwise specified) and then wrapped with bubble wrap and tucked into a mailer so they will arrive safe and sound. If you are an international customer it is your responsibility to know your customs regulations and pay any fees that apply. Your purchases are shipped within three business days after receipt of payment, when applicable, i.e custom and made to order items will have longer processing times. If you prefer another method of shipping please contact us prior to payment so we can send you an adjusted invoice. 

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
